CHRISTY & AMOS SNODDY are the power couple behind the brand and were recognized as "Directors of the Year" 2025 at Mrs. America. The dedication they hold for each other are mirrored in how they uplift, encourage, and inspire others from the stage and beyond.

RITA CORWIN is the rock behind the stage. She is the foremost thought-leader for all community collaboration and is incredible at organization and attention for  detail. Her program books are a passionate work of art and is best known as "Mama Rita."

JOHN FERNANDEZ is a master at everything requiring a lens. He has an incredible eye for detail and has impeccable turnaround time for photo shoots and collaborative projects.

VANESSA FUSON is no stranger to the stage, having competed as a former MRS Contestant and title holder from Homer, AK. She has been a valued manager for our program and is an integral member to the team.

JON BUTZKE is dedicated to bringing state of the art video production to our program and has been a vital asset to the team for over 30 years.

MIKAELA EMSWILER is incredibly valued in assisting all Directors and is a vital contributor to event collaboration and coordination. She dedicates countless hours behind the scenes making sure the loose ends are tightened and nothing gets missed.

MIKE KOTT is a vital part of our team dedicating time and talent to backstage assistance and project builds as his manpower is most appreciated and valued in all final stage production.

CATHERINE KORMAN is dedicated to everything needed backstage and throughout the year. She makes sure our team is well fed and taken care of and she does it effortlessly.

JENNIFER WALLER & GAIL KENNEDY are dedicated team members who are all about bringing awareness to forums that matter. They are instrumental in recovery outreach and making sure everyone's light can be seen no matter the background they came from.

SHAYNE WRIGHT is dedicated to fostering families to THRIVE. She is committed to our community supporting many civic events and volunteers much of her time to fill in the gap and tie loose ends wherever needed.

RHETT & ASHLEY GOODRICH are the dynamic duo behind the scenes throughout the year. The "Squatch" can be found at local parades and this queen is hands down the best judges hostess in the state!

JESSICA BULL is incredibly gifted in her ability to connect with individuals on a deeper level. She is hands on with behind the scenes set up and is an incredible baker sharing her treats on many occasions for all to appreciate.

RACHAEL SCOTT is an integral part of our team, demonstrating the importance of community support. Her dedication inspires others to actively engage in various volunteer opportunities that make a real difference.

RACHEL SALDANA is a woman of many hats, always helping behind the scenes wherever needed. She encourages participation in various volunteer opportunities, helping to strengthen the bonds within the community.

CHELSEA BURKE, Executive Director for the Governor's Council on Disabilities and Special Education. She is dedicated to fostering community inclusion for all demographics across the state.  

ISIS JORDAN is a long-standing supporter and advocate of our program dedicating hours behind the scenes in personal wardrobe selection and preparation for both state and nationals.

WILEINA RHODES is dedicated to fostering community support among our team members. She actively engages with various volunteer opportunities to uplift others and strengthen our connections.

JAMIE LYTTON is an essential part of our community, actively promoting local events and various volunteer opportunities.  She is passionate about advocating for breast cancer screening and loves helping behind the scenes wherever possible.

ALISON MCCULLOUGH is dedicated to her community engaging in many volunteer opportunities, to include fundraising for local food banks to eliminate food insecurity and continues to uplift and inspire women across the state.

SABRINA KERN is dedicated to supporting our program wherever needed and is the magic wand backstage for instant confidence, encouragement and all things glam!
